Abstract
AratmodelofmiddlecerebralarterypermanentocclusionwasestablishedusingthemodifiedLongamethod.Successfullyestablishedmodelanimalsweretreatedbyblood-lettingpunctureattwelveJing-Wellpointsofthehand,and/orbyinjectingmannitolintothecaudalveintwicedaily.Braintissuewascollectedat24,48and72hoursaftermodeling,andbloodwascollectedthroughtheretinalveinbeforeEvansbluewasinjected,approximately1hourpriortoharvestingofbraintissue.ResultsshowedthatEvansblueleakageintobraintissueandserumnitricoxidesynthaseactivityweresignificantlyincreasedinmodelrats.Treatmentwithblood-lettingpuncturesattwelveJing-Wellpointsofthehandand/orinjectionofmannitolintothecaudalveinreducedtheamountofEvansblueleakageintothebraintissueandserumnitricoxidesynthaseactivitytovaryingdegrees.Therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweensingletreatmentand白癜风哪家医院看的好北京看白癜风哪里看的好
